親愛的會員及親愛的朋友：

感謝大家一直以來對北加州台灣工商會的支持與參與。在疫情期間，我們特別關注疫情防控和受影響群體的需求，舉辦了各類線上活動和籌款活動，為社區提供援助和支持。我們攜手克服種種挑戰，感謝所有團隊成員的辛勤付出，他們致力於實現我們的共同目標，回饋社區，提升地區華人企業家和專業人士的地位。同時，也感謝前任會長和所有顧問們給予我們的指導，確保我們秉承商會的價值觀並不斷創新。

身為北加州台灣工商會最年輕的會長我要感謝在內我任期內新加入的會員以及續會的會員。這些會員包括: 企業主、專業人士，以及來自台灣上市企業的美國代表。他們的加入豐富了我們的會員組織，為商會帶來了新的活力和商機，他們的豐富的經驗和專業知識，將有助於我們更好地實現商會的使命和目標。這也反映了我們商會在地區華人企業界的影響力不斷擴大，以及對台商在北加州地區日益增長的關注和支持。我們誠摯歡迎他們的加入，期待與他們攜手合作，共同推動商會的發展和社區的繁榮。

在擔任會長期間，我們舉辦了眾多活動，特別是疫情過後，我們不僅舉辦了工商研習營和月度會員交流活動以及與其他台灣社團組織合辦的活動，還積極舉辦參與了各類慈善及社區公益活動，旨在支持當地社區的發展和改善弱勢群體的生活, 以幫助社區恢復和重建。透過這些活動，我們不僅促進了社區的凝聚力，也讓更多的人受益於我們的愛心行動。

今年我們擴大舉辦慈善年會晚宴，募款活動專注於解決社區兒童健康和青少年無家
可歸等迫切問題，提供實際的幫助與支持。我們選擇了與兩個基金會合作並邀請
民選地方官員和代表和商界、社區領袖各界人士齊聚一堂攜手同心，為社區弱勢群體
的兒童健康和青少年的未來貢獻一份力量。

我是第二位從青商部晉升的會長，我希望我的努力能為未來商會的發展提供啟發。
我們團隊中有許多曾是青商部的成員，他們成功融入了團隊，展現了驚人的
才華和潛力，為未來奠定了充滿潛力的基礎，傳承商會的價值觀，共同服務
社區，創造更多商機。

在此，再次感謝所有會員和朋友，你們是這個家庭不可或缺的一部分。

36th President Daisy Wang

Dear TACCNC Members and Esteemed Friends,

Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for your unwavering support and participation in the Taiwanese American Chamber of Commerce Northern California (TACCNC).

TACCNC has a longstanding tradition of nurturing future leaders, laying a strong foundation for the next generation. As the youngest president in TACCNC’s history, I inherited not only wisdom and experience but also the challenge of infusing innovative ideas. Together with my team, we are committed to ensuring TACCNC’s continued impact on our community.

Inspired by my own journey as a former president of the Junior Chamber of Commerce (TAJCCNC), I aim to inspire future development within the Chamber. Former junior members now hold key roles, showcasing their talent and solidifying a strong pipeline for the future.

During my term, we’ve welcomed a diverse group of new members, encompassing local business owners, professionals, and representatives from prominent Taiwanese enterprises in the US. This influx has enriched our membership base, infusing fresh energy and exciting opportunities into the Chamber, mirroring TACCNC’s expanding influence within the local business community and underscoring the growing support for Taiwanese American businesses in Northern California. We warmly welcome them and anticipate collaborating to further develop the Chamber and ensure the continued prosperity of our community.

This year, we’ve curated a dynamic lineup of in-person events, encompassing the TACCNC Business Seminar, member networking functions, and cultural events. With the invaluable support and collaborative efforts of OCAC (The Overseas Community Affairs Council), TECO-SF (Taiwan Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in San Francisco), TCCNA (Taiwanese American Chamber of Commerce North America), and local community organizations, we’ve actively participated in numerous charity initiatives, fostering deeper connections within our community and showcasing our steadfast commitment to social responsibility.

Additionally, our annual fundraising gala expanded its charitable focus to address pressing community issues, such as children’s health and youth homelessness. We partnered with two esteemed foundations, the Stanford Lucile Packard Foundation and Standup for Kids, to make this possible. The success of the gala is attributed to the ongoing support of our local elected officials, business representatives, and community members, whose generous contributions were instrumental.

I am deeply grateful to our members, friends, and families who have tirelessly contributed to our shared goals of enriching our community and elevating the status of local Taiwanese entrepreneurs and professionals. You’re all indispensable members of the TACCNC family. I also extend my heartfelt appreciation to the 36th term Board of Directors, Supervisors, and our former president advisors for their invaluable dedication, unwavering guidance, and ensuring our adherence to the Chamber’s values. Together, let us continue to strive for a brighter future for our community and Taiwanese businesses.
